The winner is responsible for organising and paying for their own flights up to the value of $1000 USD, any visa/passport requirements and insurance. Please be assured that Himalayan Heroes will simply refund the winner the value of the flights upon production of a receipt for the flights.
Bids will only be accepted up until midnight on 15th January 2020. Bids placed at 2359 hours Greenwich Mean Time are valid. Bids placed one minute later at 0000 hours will NOT be accepted, as this is the following day.
If a much higher bid is placed than that suggested by the computer program, the program will remember this “high” bid and automatically outbid the next bid by £50 until the “high” bid is overtaken. Please don’t automatically assume you are the highest bidder – check the auction progress!
The auctioneers decision is final.
